NDIS digital platform compliance · PlatformReady by Clarova

Be registration-ready before the deadline

From 1 Jul 2026, every NDIS digital platform provider must be registered. PlatformReady gets your platform audit-ready — and keeps it that way — with the same engine behind SILReady, built for the Core Module and the platform conditions.

The clock is already running

Registration takes months — policies, worker screening, an independent audit. Leaving it late risks missing the 1 Oct 2026 application deadline, and delivering registration-required supports while unregistered is a criminal offence. Most platforms don’t have the policy set or the evidence trail an auditor expects, and building it from scratch is slow.

Everything an auditor will ask for

How PlatformReady works

Living compliance documents

Your full platform policy set — governance, risk, incident, privacy, worker management — as living, versioned, AI-assisted documents, not one-off downloads.

Always audit-ready

A continuous readiness score against the Core Module and the digital-platform conditions, so you always know where you stand before an audit.

One-click audit pack

Generate the complete, requirement-mapped evidence pack on demand — and the registration application content, pre-filled from your platform data.

Regulation tracked for you

When the Commission changes a standard or a condition, the affected documents are flagged automatically — you review and sign off.

Built for the 2027 platform conditions, too

From 1 January 2027, platforms must verify worker screening before a worker can offer services, check and publish any banning orders, and check and display worker credentials. PlatformReady builds the procedures for each into your living document set.

Questions, answered

Who needs to register as an NDIS digital platform provider?

An online application, website or system whose main purpose is connecting participants with NDIS supports — where payments for those supports are processed through the platform using funds from participants’ plans — is an NDIS digital platform provider and must register with the NDIS Commission.

When does registration become mandatory?

Registration is mandatory from 1 July 2026. Platform providers already operating must lodge their registration application by 1 October 2026 to keep delivering during the transition. Delivering registration-required supports while unregistered is a criminal offence.

What does a platform provider have to comply with?

The NDIS Practice Standards Core Module (rights and responsibilities, governance and operational management, provision of supports, and the support environment), plus digital-platform conditions of registration — worker screening, banning-order checks and credential transparency — that apply from 1 January 2027.

Is PlatformReady available to sign up now?

PlatformReady is in active development. Register your interest and we’ll tell you the moment platform sign-up opens — well ahead of the deadline.

How is PlatformReady different from SILReady?

Same engine, different sector. SILReady serves Supported Independent Living providers; PlatformReady applies the same living-documents, audit-readiness and evidence-pack engine to the platform Core Module and conditions. Both are built by Clarova.
